If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before returning an item so that we may help to resolve any problems you may have.

Returns

If you would like to return your order, it must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking charges may apply, bespoke or customised items may be non-returnable.

Check the Conditions of Sale on your order.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the order number. Returned goods must be unused and should be packed as not to be damaged in transit.

3. Return postage / shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless goods are faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelling an order prior to delivery

If you would like to cancel an order (if not specially ordered), please email us at info@taylormademachinery.com quoting your order number and the parts of your order you would like to cancel. If the order has not yet been shipped it will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
